Waterfront House

Arranged across three floors near Appledore, this house sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms and offers a raised position looking out across the estuary. The ground floor holds an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with doors from the lounge opening onto a balcony fitted with seating. The lounge has a Smart TV, sound bar, hi-fi and a wood burner, with the first basket of logs provided.

The kitchen is fitted with a double electric oven, five-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine, air fryer, slow cooker and wine fridge. A separate utility room on the lower ground floor, next to the master bedroom, has an additional fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. An external outbuilding provides secure storage suitable for kayaks, surfboards or bikes, along with a tumble dryer.

The master double bedroom sits on the lower ground floor with access to its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom featuring a separate shower and WC. Upstairs on the first floor, a king-size double bedroom enjoys estuary views and an en-suite shower room, while a twin room shares a bathroom with shower over bath and WC on the same floor.

Off-street parking is available for one car, with electric vehicle charging on site and additional parking in a nearby car park should it be needed. Full fibre Wi-Fi runs throughout, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger guests. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Guests should note a ring doorbell on the front door, though its camera and audio are switched off during stays.
