Set on a 60-acre private cliff-top estate above Westward Ho, this cottage sleeps 3 and sits within walking distance of the beach, reached via the South West Coast Path directly from the grounds. The property is part of a family-run estate surrounded by North Devon countryside, with sea views, ample private off-road parking and direct access to the coast without needing a car.

The open-plan living area brings together comfortable seating around a Smart TV, a dining space and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washer/dryer. French doors open onto the enclosed patio. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and TV/DVD; the single bedroom also has a TV/DVD. Both bedrooms share the same floor as the living area. A bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes the interior.

Outside, the enclosed patio comes with furniture and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Guests also have access to a shared indoor play barn, open March to October, with table football, table tennis, pool and basketball. A travel cot and highchair are available, making the layout practical for families with a young child.

Shops and pubs are approximately 1 mile away. The property runs on a private water supply. Dogs are not permitted. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
