Valise

Valise is a single-storey, ground-floor apartment in the heart of Bideford, with a private hot tub in the rear garden. It sleeps 2 in one super-king-size bedroom, and bookings run to a minimum of three nights, with everything on one level for easy day-to-day living.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining area for two and a sitting area, warmed by an air source heat pump with underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and two TVs plus WiFi cover the flat. The super-king-size bedroom has its own TV, and the bathroom has a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and the private hot tub. Private driveway parking is provided for 2 cars behind electric gates. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there's little to bring beyond luggage.

One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted, check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and the shop and pub are both 0.4 miles away, within easy walking distance of the apartment.
