A bunk bedroom sits alongside it, suitable only for children aged 12 and under, and this floor also has a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

The first floor holds an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, also with estuary views from the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a washing machine is located near the ground-floor shower room. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with WC and underfloor heating.

Outside, doors from the lower hall and master bedroom lead to an enclosed tiered patio garden with furniture on each level and a barbecue.
