River views carry through almost every room, and the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room on the entrance level is fitted with NEFF appliances including a double fan-assisted oven, induction hob, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher, alongside a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats all eight.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and WC, with views over the River Dart and Waterhead Creek. The second bedroom overlooks the Creek and has twin beds that zip to a king on request, with an en-suite shower room and WC. The third bedroom, with a double bed, opens onto the rear patio via its own door and has a dressing area leading to an en-suite shower room with WC. On the lower-ground level, the fourth bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds that can also form a king on request, river and countryside views, and an en-suite with bath, overhead shower and WC; it connects directly to the decked balcony.

The decked balcony leads down external steps to a larger sun terrace furnished with a rattan suite, suitable for al fresco dining and use of the gas BBQ. Below the terrace is an enclosed gravel area with shrubs. The garden and balcony are fully enclosed and accessible from multiple points in the house. A washing machine and tumble dryer sit in the utility room on the lower-ground floor, and a travel cot is available.

Private parking is provided for one car, with additional on-street parking directly outside. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with DVD player are included. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A shop is 160 metres away and a pub roughly 650 metres, while the passenger ferry to Dartmouth and the steam railway to Paignton both depart from the village.
