Ferrystone is a first-floor duplex apartment in Kingswear, a short ferry crossing from Dartmouth across the estuary, right by the public slipway at Kittery Quay. The apartment spans three floors, which the owner notes might not suit guests with limited mobility.

The kingsize sleigh bed bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A superking bedroom that can be made up as twins on request shares a second shower room with the same fittings, and a third bedroom holds a double room with a kingsize bed. A separate cloakroom serves the living areas, and the apartment sleeps 6 across the three bedrooms.
