Tranquillity Cottage

Tranquillity Cottage sits in Appledore, near Westward Ho, and sleeps four across two bedrooms. The ground floor opens into a hallway suited to coats and boots, leading through to an open-plan lounge and dining area with exposed beams, a stone wall and a gas wood burner, plus a Smart TV for evenings in.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, electric hob, fridge, small washing machine and microwave, giving enough to self-cater comfortably for a short break. A shower room with WC is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a separate dressing area, and the twin room is finished to the same standard, with both bedrooms sharing the single bathroom.

Outside, an enclosed rear courtyard offers a private spot for bistro-style dining or a morning coffee away from the street. Roadside parking is available a short stroll away at the nearby Quay, so guests should be prepared to walk with luggage on arrival. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and a travel cot and highchair are provided for families travelling with young children.

The property is a short stroll from the pub and shop in Appledore, with the beach around a mile away. Internet access is available throughout the cottage. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, with towels included in the stay.
