Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has vaulted ceilings and large windows facing the water, plus a separate snug with an L-shaped sofa and HDMI connection for games consoles. A well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine.

Outside, a tiered rear garden is enclosed and includes a patio with dining furniture and a gas barbecue, an outdoor hot shower, and a lawned upper level with a private hot tub looking out over the burrows.
