Two of the four bedrooms have sea glimpses from their windows, and the kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine, with a large dining table overlooking the patio.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, the layout offers two king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and Smart TVs, a further king-size bedroom and a twin room, all on the ground floor along with a family bathroom (shower over bath and WC) and a utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer, plus its own separate WC. A separate snug and entertainment room with a Smart TV, football table and games provides an additional space for evenings in or wet-weather days.

Outside, the rear garden is arranged over two terraced levels with decking and patio areas, dining and sofa seating, a charcoal barbecue and an electric awning over the dining area for shelter in changing weather. A private hot tub for up to 5 guests sits in a sheltered corner of the garden with views across the water. Private parking is available for up to 3 cars on the driveway, and EV charging is provided on site at no extra cost, though guests need to bring their own charging cables.

Up to 3 dogs are welcome, with additional charges that may apply, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property is heated by an air source heat pump, with a cooling fan in the lounge for warmer days. Wifi is available throughout, and the coastal path is close by, with a pub roughly half a mile away and a shop around a mile from the property.
