This Little Piggy is a converted former piggery in a quiet rural setting near Dalwood, close to Devon's border and within reach of Lyme Regis with its fossil-rich beach, restaurants and independent shops. Millars Farm Shop is nearby, and a twenty-minute drive brings you to Beer, home to Pecorama's gardens and railway museum. The seaside town of Seaton, with its three-mile vintage tram route through the Axe Valley, and Shute Barton, a National Trust property, are also within easy reach.

At the heart of the property is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, styled in a country manner with sofa seating, a dining table, a TV/DVD and patio doors opening onto the private patio. A log burner provides warmth on cooler evenings. The kitchen is fitted with coordinating units and equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The double bedroom continues the same tasteful decoration and has its own TV, suited to a late-night film or a relaxed lie-in. A wet room with shower and WC completes the accommodation, which sleeps two.

Outside, an enclosed private patio has a table and chairs, while a second seating area at the front has steps leading down to a shared lawn garden. This property can be booked together with the neighbouring property, Piggy in the Middle (unit 36495), with which the gardens are shared. Off-road parking is available on site, and shops and pubs are around two miles away, with the beach some seven miles distant.

Dogs are not permitted here. A travel cot and highchair are available for visiting families with young children. Arrival is from 4pm, with departure required by 10am.
