The Stables @ Merrydown

The Stables @ Merrydown is a single-storey conversion on the outskirts of Dalwood, close to the Jurassic Coast and East Devon's Blackdown Hills. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one level, with a step up to the property from outside.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower, basin and WC, and the second bedroom is a twin with two 3ft single beds that can zip together into a super-king for couples on request. A family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, a separate dining area and the lounge, with patio doors leading straight outside.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, an air fryer and an iron with ironing board, and the lounge has a smart TV and WiFi, plus a hairdryer in the bathroom. Electric central heating, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking covers 2 cars, and the patio has furniture and a private hot tub, though loud music and hot tub use must stop by 10pm. The owners ask that only booking-party guests visit the property. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking or vaping. The shop and pub are both around 1.5 miles away.
