Set in Croyde, this three-bedroom cottage sleeps six and takes a reverse-level approach: all three bedrooms sit on the ground floor while the living spaces occupy the first floor beneath a vaulted ceiling with oak beams. The arrangement means the lounge, dining area and kitchen benefit from elevated coastal and countryside views, and natural light fills the open-plan space throughout the day.

The ground floor holds a super-king bedroom, a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, served by an en-suite shower room and a family shower room, each with a WC. Upstairs, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. The lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Sky, and a wood burner with a first basket of logs included.

Outside, there are two separate spaces: a ground-floor enclosed lawn garden with outdoor seating and an outdoor shower, suitable for the one dog allowed, and a first-floor decked terrace with additional seating. Private parking is provided for three cars. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and the shop, pub and beach are all within half a mile.

The cottage sits roughly half a mile from the beach, making it a practical base for surfing or coastal walking. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. One dog is welcome; additional charges may apply.
