This first-floor apartment in Brixham suits couples or a family of up to four, with two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin that can be configured as a super-king on request. Access is via a shared passageway at the rear of the building, a spiral staircase and then a short internal flight of stairs, so the property is not suitable for guests unable to manage stairs. Once inside, the living space is all on one level. The lounge-diner combines original sash windows, a chandelier and an ornamental period fireplace with two sofas, mid-century modern chairs and a dining table. A separate kitchen adds a second dining table alongside integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and hob, fridge-freezer and microwave.

The single bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and both bedrooms offer generous storage. Internet access is available, though mobile signal is variable. A smart TV and a welcome pack are included; beach towels are not provided, so bring your own.

Parking is in a public car park rather than on site, with a permit included in the booking. A short-stay car park is around 0.1 miles away and a long-stay option at 0.8 miles. One dog is welcome, though there is no outdoor space at the property itself. Secure shared storage accommodates up to two bicycles.

The nearest beach is roughly half a mile away, a pub is about ten metres from the door, and the town's shops are within 100 metres. Berry Head National Nature Reserve is a 1.5-mile walk, and the local saltwater lido is open between May and September. Bottlenose dolphins, harbour porpoises and grey seals are sometimes spotted from the surrounding headlands and beaches.
