The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House is a detached property in Braunton village, built to sleep 12 across six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite except one ground-floor room that shares a separate ground-floor shower room. The breakfast kitchen holds two electric ovens, an induction hob and a gas hob, a coffee maker and its own sofa and wall-mounted TV, while a dining room seats the whole group at a large table.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove for evenings in, and patio doors from the kitchen lead to an enclosed patio with picnic-style seating and a games room with table football and darts. A separate decking area holds a private sunken hot tub, cleaned and refilled with hot water for every changeover. A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer gives space for bikes and extra gear.

Heating is gas central with underfloor heating and the woodburning stove, and logs can be bought locally. Off-road parking covers three cars, with an EV charging point payable through the Square Up app. A highchair and travel cot are available, and WiFi and a TV run throughout the house.

No pets are allowed and the house is no smoking throughout, with no stag, hen or similar parties. The owners live next door. Braunton's shops and pubs are within 0.3 miles, and the property sits within a North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
