Nairn

Nairn is a detached house set in a quiet part of Braunton, with a large open-plan kitchen, dining area and snug leading out to the garden, plus a separate games room with a pool table and table tennis, a play room, two sitting rooms and a wet room. One sitting room has a wood burning stove.

Upstairs, the six bedrooms are mostly garden-facing, with two finished in a turret style. Three bedrooms have en-suites and open onto a balcony running along the house, looking over the garden and countryside. A bunk room and two twin bedrooms, one of which converts to a super king-size double, complete the layout, and the house sleeps 12 in total.

Outside, the garden has seating, play equipment, a slide and swings, along with a private hot tub, cleaned weekly so it may not be at full temperature on first use. A pond in the garden means children need supervising, and the garden is only fully enclosed when the entrance gate is shut. Steps lead down from the patio to the lawn.

The kitchen has a range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, chest freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, with two TVs, DVD players and WiFi. Off-road parking is provided for 6 cars, and there's an EV charging point on site, with charges payable through an app. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee per dog, per week. No smoking, stag or hen parties are permitted.
