This gated home near Braunton is built in the style of a beach house and stands close to the Tarka Trail, making it a practical base for coastal walking or cycling. A Travertine-floored entrance hall leads into a triple-aspect lounge with a reclining sofa set, armchairs and a large Smart TV, while double French doors open onto a south-facing seating area.

The kitchen and dining space seats ten guests around a breakfast bar and dining table, and the kitchen itself is equipped with a Neff multi-function oven, induction hob, combination microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a Ninja air fryer. A separate utility and drying room houses the washing machine and clothes airers. Sleeping arrangements comprise five super-king-size bedrooms across two floors: one on the ground floor beside a WC with wash hand basin, and four upstairs served by two en-suite shower rooms and a further family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Three of the bedrooms have zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins on request, and the upstairs rooms each have a Smart TV, dressing mirror and fan.

Outside, electric gates secure off-road parking for two to three cars, with a free electric vehicle charging point also available. The level gardens wrap around the property and include a private hot tub set within a paved area, a garden bar with changing room, an outdoor shower and a covered area by the kitchen suitable for barbecuing in wet weather, along with a gas barbecue and a bike store for securing cycles during a stay.

The property allows up to three dogs, with additional charges applying, and offers indoor and outdoor games for guests of all ages. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am. Wifi is available throughout for those needing to stay connected during their break.
