Bloomfield House

This Georgian house sits along a private driveway in Braunton, North Devon, with five bedrooms arranged to suit larger family groups or gatherings of friends, sleeping up to 10 people across four bathrooms.

The ground floor centres on a kitchen/diner with an island, two ovens, a warming oven and a dining table seating ten, alongside a living room with a Smart TV and sound system and a second snug lounge with games and an Apple TV box for children. A utility room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer, with a separate WC nearby, and the ground-floor twin bedroom has its own shower room close by.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, while two further double rooms each come with their own en-suite shower room. A final twin bedroom completes the upper floor. A dishwasher is fitted in the kitchen, and a highchair is provided, though a travel cot is not supplied.

Outside, the half-acre garden includes a children's play area, a fire pit and a gas barbecue, with a paved terrace off the living room for outdoor seating. Parking is available on site for up to six cars, though the driveway is not enclosed, so supervision of young children is advised. Internet access is provided throughout the house. Dogs are not permitted, and hen or stag parties cannot be accommodated.
