Saunton Cottage at South Lobb Farm

Saunton Cottage at South Lobb Farm sits in the hamlet of South Lobb, a short drive from Saunton Sands and within reach of Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough beaches. The village of Braunton is around two miles away, with a pub and shop closer still at about a mile, and Saunton Golf Club nearby for those wanting a round during their stay.

The cottage sleeps up to eight across four bedrooms. Two king-size doubles each have an en suite shower room with his-and-hers sinks; a third bedroom is a triple with a double and single bunk, suited to children or friends sharing; and a twin room offers storage and desk space. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and separate WC completes the sleeping arrangements. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine fridge and dishwasher, with a table seating eight, while a utility area holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a Smart TV and large sofa for evenings in.

Outside, guests have a private patio with seating and a barbecue for al fresco meals. The cottage also shares access to a communal garden with a children's play area and elevated seating, plus a heated outdoor swimming pool open from May to September, fenced for safety. Storage is available for bikes, beach equipment, surfboards and wetsuits.

Private off-road parking is provided for three cars, and an on-site electric vehicle charging point is available. Internet access is provided. Dogs are not permitted at this property, and arrival is from 5pm with departure by 10am. Two further properties sleeping five and five are available to book alongside this one for larger groups; contact ahead for details.
