Entered up a short flight of steps from the street, this three-storey property sits in the centre of Dartmouth, with the harbour, cafes and shops close by. It suits families or groups of friends travelling together, sleeping up to 9 across four bedrooms.

The ground floor holds a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a table for group meals, along with a downstairs WC. Three steps lead up to the living room, where a large corner sofa sits alongside a wood burner for cooler evenings. On the first floor is a double bedroom with a TV and a king-size bedroom with a TV and en-suite shower room; this master room includes an additional single bed on a mezzanine level, useful for parents keeping young children close by. The family bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath. A further flight of stairs leads to the second floor, where two more double bedrooms are found beneath low, sloping ceilings.

Outside, a small enclosed terrace holds a bistro table, a spot to sit with the last of the day's sun. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wine fridge and air fryer, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival. A travel cot (without linen), highchair and stairgates are supplied, making this a practical choice for younger families, though the bread oven is not in use and guests should bring their own beach towels.

Parking is on-street, with a permit provided for guests, and there is no allocated private space. One dog is welcome, with additional charges applying. The church bells of St Saviours Church are audible from the property, worth bearing in mind for light sleepers. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 09:00.
