The Nook

The Nook is a holiday home tucked away in the coastal town of Brixham, close to the harbour, the shop and the beach, all within about 0.2 miles. Three steps lead to the entrance and the property has steep internal stairs, which may not suit guests with limited mobility. The property sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms and one wet room.

Both double bedrooms have their own TV, and the wet room has a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining table and sitting area, warmed by underfloor heating throughout. A stairgate is provided but not fitted, so guests will need to install it themselves if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a wine chiller and a fridge with an ice box, and WiFi and 3 TVs cover evenings in. The private parking space narrows toward the entrance, and EV charging is available on site. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Pets are welcome at The Nook, though not upstairs (confirm how many when booking). There is no enclosed garden, though the harbour and dog walks are a short stroll away. Smoking is not permitted, and bookings run to a minimum stay of 3 nights.
