The Little Plaice Fishcombe Cove

This property sits close to Fishcombe Cove, a short walk north of Brixham via the South West Coastal Path and through Battery Park. The beach, a pub and shops are all within walking distance, making it a practical base for a couple or small family who want to leave the car behind for day-to-day trips.

Inside, an open-plan living area brings together the lounge, kitchen and dining space, with a corner sofa facing a Smart TV and an electric fire with a wood burner effect. The kitchen is compact but equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, suited to self-catering rather than large-scale cooking.

The double bedroom has its own TV and opens onto a rear decked terrace, while the twin room offers a simpler, lighter setup. A shower room with a large walk-in shower and WC serves both bedrooms on the ground floor. Outside, two decked verandas at the front and rear come with garden furniture for outdoor dining in fine weather, and two private allocated parking spaces sit right in front of the property.

Guests also have access to shared grounds with a heated indoor pool and an on-site clubhouse offering a bar, seasonal entertainment and a small shop, open from Easter to October. Wi-Fi is included via a private line. The property is not suitable for babies or infants, as no travel cot or highchair is provided, and there is a step onto the decking plus a slight incline through the car park, which may affect those with restricted mobility. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside, BBQs are not allowed, electric vehicle charging is not available due to the electrical system, and dogs cannot be accommodated.
