The Gables

This second-floor apartment occupies an elevated position above Appledore village, with views across the historic harbour and estuary from within. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits couples or a small family looking for a compact base close to the water.

Both bedrooms look out over the river and estuary. The first is a double, while the second is a super-king that can be converted to a twin on request. The two rooms share one shower room fitted with a large shower cubicle and WC.

A well-equipped kitchen adjoins the lounge/diner, with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and a washer/dryer. Internet access is available throughout the apartment, and towels are provided for guests.

Three parking spaces are allocated to the property on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional roadside parking available nearby if needed. The nearest shop and pub are within walking distance, making it easy to pick up essentials or head out for an evening meal without needing the car. The beach is around a five-minute drive away. Dogs are not accepted at this property, so it suits guests travelling without pets.
