The Dairy

The Dairy is a two-bedroom country cottage sleeping four, set within half a mile of Aylesbeare, a village with a pub and restaurant. Off-road parking for two cars is available outside, and the property does not accept dogs. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.

Both bedrooms are upstairs: a king-size room with dual-aspect windows looking over the owner's field, and a spacious twin furnished in solid wood. The shower room with WC sits on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels are included, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and a fridge with freezer compartment. A washing machine is also provided, along with a TV and DVD player. Night storage heaters and electricity are included in the price.

Outside, the enclosed garden is set up with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, suited to al fresco meals with open countryside views beyond the boundary. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged for younger guests, making the cottage workable for families with small children.

The Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, Exeter city centre, Woodbury Common, and the edges of Dartmoor are all within reasonable reach. Exmouth's sandy beach, Sidmouth, and Budleigh Salterton are each around ten miles away. Shops are approximately three miles out, and the village pub is about two miles from the cottage.
