Aylesbeare farm cottage with two en-suite bedrooms and a games room

Lime Cottage is one of six cottages at Aylesbeare, sharing a large communal car park. The ground floor is open-plan, with high ceilings, exposed timber and underfloor heating, a kitchen, a dining area seating five, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, plus a cloakroom with basin and WC.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a bath and shower over, while the second bedroom is a triple bunk room, with a double bed at the bottom and a single on top, and its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, and WiFi covers the cottage throughout, with heating run from biomass and solar panels.

Guests can use the external games room, shared with the other five cottages on the site, which has a snooker table and table football. Outside, an enclosed rear patio has furniture and a barbecue for dining outdoors. The property sits within 100 acres of woodland and countryside.

Lime Cottage does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the cottage. The shop is 2.1 miles away and the pub 3.6 miles. One-night bookings are not accepted.
