Cob Barn

Cob Barn is a two-bedroom barn conversion at Great Houndbeare Farm on the edge of Aylesbeare, one of six cottages arranged around a shared courtyard. The open-plan living area is a double-height room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and underfloor heating, sleeping 4 across its two en-suite bedrooms.

A mezzanine above the living space offers a further seating area, while a dedicated spa room runs along the back of the cottage, housing an indoor hot tub, a sauna and a separate shower room. The king-size bedroom upstairs has its own en-suite bathroom, and the ground-floor twin bedroom has an en-suite wet room.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi. Cob Barn looks out over a communal courtyard garden, and guests can also use the site's external games room, which has a full-size snooker table, bar area and table football.

No pets are allowed at Cob Barn and the property is strictly no smoking. Off-road parking is in a large communal car park shared with the other five cottages, and the nearest shop is 2.1 miles away with a pub at 3.6 miles. This property does not accept one-night bookings.
