The Daffodil Shed

The Daffodil Shed is a converted former flower-packing shed next to the owner's home, between the village of Bere Alston and Weir Quay near Bere Alston. The studio sits entirely on the ground floor and sleeps 2, with a king-size bed in the open-plan living space.

A shower room with a shower, basin and WC completes the studio, alongside an open-plan kitchen and dining area with A-framed beams. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment, and there's a TV with Freeview, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi.

Outside, a lawned garden has a patio and a fire pit with a starter kit of logs. Off-road parking is provided, and electric central heating covers the studio, with fuel and power included in the rent.

A gravel driveway and steps at the entrance mean the shed may not suit guests with limited mobility. Bookings must start on a Friday or Monday. No pets are permitted, and no smoking is allowed. A hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided, and a public slipway onto the tidal River Tamar sits half a mile away, suitable for launching canoes and paddleboards. Shops and the pub are about 1.5 miles away.
