The Cosy View

The Cosy View is a house in Paignton, set back from the road in a quiet cul-de-sac with sea views and about 2.5 miles from Paignton railway station and the beach. Wooden flooring runs from the hallway into the sitting room, where two sofas and a Smart TV with Netflix and iPlayer apps sit.

Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep 5: a double with its own Smart TV and long views, a second double with a glimpse of the sea, and a single that also looks toward the coastline. One bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC. A cot and highchair are available on request for younger guests.

The kitchen and dining area seats 5, with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Wifi and gas central heating cover the house, and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a terrace with seating, a table and a bench for meals outside, plus a side gate for storing bikes or beach gear. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. The Cosy View welcomes two small, well-behaved dogs, kept off the furniture and out of the carpeted areas upstairs; bowls and toys are provided. Smoking is not permitted, and a returnable housekeeping bond applies. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 1.6 miles.
