Bidwell Brook

Bidwell Brook is a ground-floor bungalow in a quiet residential area, sleeping up to five guests across three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single. Every room is on the same level, which suits families with young children. The family bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC, and there is a further separate WC elsewhere in the property. Patio doors in the lounge/diner bring in plenty of light, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge and a small separate freezer.

A washing machine is provided, and private off-road parking is available for one car, with free on-street parking for a second vehicle alongside. There are no electric vehicle charging facilities at the property. Wi-Fi is included, and a TV, DVD player, radio and speaker pod are available in the lounge. No dogs are permitted.

At the rear, an enclosed patio with table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ sits beside a small lawn; a further lawn with shrubs sits at the front. Broadsands Beach and Goodrington Sands are each around a mile away, and the South West Coast Path is within similar distance for coastal walking.

Paignton town centre, its seafront and Paignton Zoo are all within a couple of miles, making this a practical base for a family holiday. A shop and a pub are roughly half a mile away. Guests should bring their own beach towels. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
