2 White Rock Court

2 White Rock Court sits on the outskirts of Paignton, Devon. The holiday home sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, two king-size rooms, one with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, one with its own en-suite, plus a double with a Smart TV, and a separate ground-floor cloakroom.

The open-plan living space has a snug and a large sitting room, both with a gas fire, plus a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and a dining table for the household. Four Smart TVs, Sky TV in the living room, WiFi and a stairgate are all provided.

A games room has a further Smart TV and a PlayStation 5, and the enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Ample off-road parking is available, and there's a step down into the sitting room and a step up into one of the en-suites.

No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted. There are steep drops in the garden, so children need supervising at all times, and the house does not accept stag, hen or similar party bookings. The shop is 0.2 miles away, with the pub and beach 1.5 miles from the door.

Torquay is 3 miles away, Brixham 5.5 miles and Dartmouth 8 miles, each within easy reach for a day out along the coast.
