Modern Seaside Cottage - Sleeps 5

Modern Seaside Cottage - Sleeps 5 sits a short walk from the seafront in Paignton, away from the buzz of the front itself. The open-plan living space brings the kitchen, dining table and sitting area together, giving the whole group somewhere to plan the day's adventures.

The double bedroom offers a calm retreat for the grown-ups, and the single room suits a younger guest, while the sofa bed in the sitting area sleeps a further two of the property's five guests. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and WiFi and a TV cover the evenings. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Central heating runs throughout the cottage, useful for both summer paddling and bracing winter walks along the promenade.

Modern Seaside Cottage does not accept pets, and smoking isn't permitted. Parking is limited free on-street parking, with a larger paying car park to the rear. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away, and Paignton's beaches, amusements and zoo, plus Torquay's seafront and shops nearby, are all within easy reach.
