Bay View

Bay View sits on a corner plot at the top of Paignton, a short walk from the town centre, with far-reaching views of Torbay and the sea. A driveway gives off-road parking for 2 cars, and the front door opens straight into the kitchen, fitted with an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge, a freezer and a coffee machine.

The living/dining room offers a selection of seating around an electric fire and a Smart TV, and patio doors lead out to a sun terrace with furniture looking down to Torbay. A few steps down bring you to a lower garden with a barbecue, a good spot for an evening meal outdoors.

Upstairs, the house sleeps 5 across three bedrooms: two doubles, one with its own Smart TV, and a single room suited to children or adults, sharing one family bathroom with a bath and shower over. A washer/dryer is fitted in the garage for laundry during longer stays, alongside a dishwasher in the kitchen and 500mb fibre WiFi throughout.

The property is pet-friendly (confirm how many when booking), and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. Steps next to the house lead straight down into Paignton town centre, with the nearest shop and pub around 0.5 miles away and the beach 1.5 miles away. The property does not accept worker or contractor bookings, and only one booking is taken per week.
