Elmbank Gardens

Elmbank Gardens is a cottage in Paignton, close to the beach, with off-road parking and an enclosed courtyard. The kitchen/diner has a range cooker and flows out to the garden, with a dining table for gathering after days by the sea, and the sitting room has a double sofa bed for extra sleeping flexibility when the group is larger.

Upstairs, the cottage has three bedrooms: a twin room that converts to zip/link or king-size on request, a double, and a single suited to younger guests. A family bathroom and a separate cloakroom serve the bedrooms. The cottage sleeps 5. The kitchen/diner has an open fire that is not currently in use, so it's a feature to admire rather than light.

The kitchen also has a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, and there's a TV and WiFi throughout. Gas central heating runs throughout the cottage, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are supplied for every stay.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard has furniture for morning coffee or evening drinks. Off-road parking for 1 car is provided, on a sloped drive, and one well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking is permitted. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach 0.6 miles, with Torquay, Brixham and Dartmouth all within a short drive for day trips.
