The Chimes

This mid-terrace house sits within walking distance of Brixham town centre and harbour, roughly 300 metres away, putting the pubs, restaurants and shops within easy reach. A porch with bistro seating leads into the hallway, off which sits a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge and dining area beyond has a Sky-enabled Smart TV, an electric feature fireplace and a sliding patio door onto the garden, with a dining table large enough for all guests.

Upstairs, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom sleep four guests in total. One double has its own TV (Freeview only) and generous storage, while the third bedroom faces the front of the property with views over Brixham. A single family shower room, fitted with a walk-in shower and WC, serves all three bedrooms.

Outside, a stepped front garden offers a small lawn and bench for sitting out, while the enclosed rear garden has a decked seating area with rattan furniture and a designated BBQ spot with its own dining table and chairs. Parking is on-street only and subject to availability, so early arrival can help secure a space near the property.

The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee machine (pods not included), plus a DAB radio. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and one dog is welcome, with additional charges possibly applying. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
