The Captains Cabin - Fishcombe Cove

The Captains Cabin sits at Fishcombe Cove, on the quieter, northern edge of Brixham, away from the main harbour but within reach of the town's pubs, shops and eateries. Quieter beaches lie around half a mile from the front door, and the property has direct access onto the South West Coast Path for anyone keen to walk stretches of the coastline.

The chalet sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double with its own TV and access onto the rear decking, and a twin room, both with storage space. A shower room with walk-in shower and WC serves both bedrooms. The open-plan living area brings together the kitchen, a dining table for four and a lounge with corner sofa, coffee table and Smart TV, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge and microwave for self-catering stays.

Outside, a table and chairs on the patio overlook a grassed garden area, with a further larger grassed space beyond that suits children who want room to play. The garden and patio area is enclosed. Private parking is provided for one car, and there is internet access throughout the property. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, useful for families travelling with younger children.

A shared indoor heated swimming pool and bar are open on site from March to November, with food available to eat in or take away, and there's a laundrette on site too. No dogs are permitted at this property. Please note that from 2027 changeover falls on Saturdays; current arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
