The Cabin

The Cabin stands on the edge of the village green in Combe Martin, a single-storey house with every room on the ground floor. It sleeps 8 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite bath, a family room with two double beds, and a bunk room with an adult-size bunk, plus a separate shower room for the rest of the house.

The open-plan lounge and dining area has a corner sofa and TV, opening onto a fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A stairgate is fitted at the kitchen for younger guests, and a travel cot and high chair are available. Freesat TV and WiFi cover the house, and gas central heating, fuel and power are included in the rent.

Outside, the rear garden is enclosed with a gravel area, a lawn and a decked seating area for meals outdoors. Off-road parking is provided for up to 3 cars, and a public car park and children's play park are close by. The shop is a 5-minute walk and the pub is under a minute away, with the beach around 15 minutes on foot.

The Cabin takes up to three well-behaved dogs, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. During peak weeks the house lets by the week only, unless agreed in advance with the owner, so check availability for shorter breaks outside those periods.
