High View

This four-bedroom home sits in Combe Martin, with pubs, shops and the beach all within 150 metres. Sleeping up to seven, it's arranged over two floors reached by stairs from the entrance, with a steep incline leading up to the property itself.

The first-floor lounge has a Juliet balcony with views across to the sea and surrounding countryside, a Smart TV, and a bay window with a stool and table. The kitchen and dining area lead onto a patio through doors, giving a sociable open-plan feel for family groups. Bedrooms are on this upper floor: a king-size room with its own Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a double with Smart TV, a single, and a bunk room, sharing a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

On the ground floor, a garage provides useful storage for bikes and surfboards alongside a washing machine, a second fridge and a separate WC, handy for beach days and larger shops. Outside, the patio is furnished with a charcoal BBQ and seating for alfresco meals. Parking is available for two cars.

One dog is welcome, with additional charges applying. Internet access is provided, and a highchair is available for younger visitors. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
