Hillsview

Hillsview sits within Combe Martin, inside Exmoor National Park and close to the beach. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, a king-size, two doubles and a twin that can be made up as a double, with a first-floor bathroom holding a bath and overhead shower and a ground-floor shower room for freshening up.

The ground floor centres on a light kitchen/diner with a dining table for eight and a breakfast bar for two, plus a snug with a log burner, TV and comfy sofa. A separate sitting room has a corner sofa and TV for evenings in, and a boot room with a tumble dryer sits off the entrance. A new addition is a log-burning sauna in the garden, with a panoramic window looking towards the Exmoor hills and the Little Hangman landmark.

The kitchen has a gas range, gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, and gas central heating covers the house. A front garden has decking and furniture, and the rear garden adds a lawn, decking and a BBQ, with a large 10-seater table for outdoor meals. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Off-road parking is provided for up to 3 cars. The house is reached via steps and may not suit guests with limited mobility, and one of the double bedrooms and the twin room have lower head height at one end. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop is 0.6 miles away with the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles. Dogs are welcome (confirm how many when booking).
