18 Manleigh Park

18 Manleigh Park is a lodge on a holiday park in Combe Martin, within Exmoor National Park and close to the North Devon coast. Four steps lead up to the lodge, worth noting for anyone with limited mobility. Inside, an open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire and TV. The lodge sleeps 6 across three bedrooms.

A king-size bedroom has its own TV and an en-suite walk-in shower room with basin, heated towel rail and WC, while two twin bedrooms share a second shower room with the same fittings. The kitchen is fitted with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a wine chiller.

Central heating and WiFi cover the lodge, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is provided at the lodge, along with an enclosed front decking with furniture and a further enclosed side decking. Guests can also use a shared on-site launderette.

No pets are accepted and smoking is not permitted. Sunday arrivals are not allowed, and check-in runs from 4pm with check-out by 10am. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 1.2 miles.
