The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the heart of the apartment, with two sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV in the lounge area, and a dining table that seats the full party of six. A separate snug leads off the lounge, giving a quieter spot to sit and watch the harbour activity or settle in with a book.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine, while a utility cupboard just inside the entrance houses the washing machine. Upstairs, the master bedroom and second bedroom each have a double bed and a Smart TV, and the master benefits from its own en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed, suiting children or additional guests, and a separate family shower room with a walk-in shower and WC serves the rest of the apartment.

Outside the entrance is a private terrace with outdoor seating, a practical spot for al fresco meals during a stay. There is no garden as such, but the terrace makes the most of the apartment's position close to the water.

Dogs are not permitted at this property. Parking is not provided on site; guests need to use a nearby public car park, where local charges apply, or purchase a parking permit from Torbay Council. Access to the apartment is via external steps from the street, which is worth noting for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
