Breakwater

Breakwater sits at the end of a no-through road close to Brixham's main beach, with the town's harbour and breakwater within walking distance. The property sleeps six across three king-size bedrooms, arranged over three floors, making it suited to two families or a group happy to share the shower rooms rather than separate bathrooms.

The ground floor holds one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, plus its own private balcony with table and chairs looking towards the seafront and Brixham's breakwater. A covered car port beside the entrance provides parking for one car, with further on-street parking available depending on availability. The first floor is given over to open-plan living: a lounge and dining area with a TV and DVD player, and a kitchen fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a second balcony.

Two further king-size bedrooms occupy the second floor, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC; one of these upper bedrooms has panoramic sea views. Wi-Fi is included throughout, along with bed linen, towels, and electricity and heating costs.

Brixham is a working fishing town built on a steep hill, and access to some streets and amenities involves steps, some of them steep, so this is worth bearing in mind when planning a visit. Many of the town's narrow, winding streets are unsuitable for cars. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
