This property in Brixham sleeps six across three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, are on the ground floor and overlook the garden, while the master bedroom with its own king-size bed occupies the first floor and enjoys sea views. The single bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a bath and a large separate walk-in shower, plus there's a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin elsewhere in the house.

The ground-floor living space is open-plan, combining a lounge with a feature fireplace and a dining area that opens through patio doors onto a decked balcony facing the bay. The kitchen is contemporary and equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and wi-fi is included throughout the stay.

Outside, a lawned rear garden with a raised decked area and garden furniture is enclosed and suits children playing safely. A driveway to the side of the property provides off-road parking for several cars. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

One dog is welcome, though the property is only suitable for a single medium-sized dog and additional charges may apply. Brixham itself sits on a steep hill, and many amenities and cottages nearby are reached via steps, some of them steep, so those with mobility concerns should get in touch beforehand. Narrow winding streets in the town are not suitable for cars. The seafront, a pub and shops are all within walking distance of the property.
