Angel's Retreat

This three-bedroom property in Brixham sleeps up to six guests across three double bedrooms, all leading off a spacious split-level landing on the first floor. The master double and a second double both have Smart TVs and views out over the town, while the third double offers a more compact, cosy feel. A single shower room with a large shower and WC serves all three bedrooms.

The ground floor opens straight into a light, open-plan lounge and dining area with a bay window looking towards the harbour, a Smart TV and a wood burner, with the first basket of logs included between October and the end of March. The adjoining kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with ice compartment, and leads through to a utility area housing a washing machine and a second fridge.

Outside, a small enclosed decked area sits to the rear of the property, reached via a flight of steps from the kitchen, giving space for an early coffee or evening drink outdoors. Parking is on the roadside and subject to availability, located a short walk from the front door rather than directly outside. Internet access is available at the property.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with a third considered on request and additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests, and the beach, pubs and shops in Brixham are all within walking distance, making this a practical base for exploring the town on foot.
