The Boat House

The Boat House sits in Brixham, a working harbour town known for its fresh seafood and colourful waterfront, with the harbour, shops and pubs within 300 metres. This three-storey property sleeps four across two bedrooms and is suited to couples travelling together or a small family.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room with a waterfall shower and WC, and its own balcony looking out over the harbour. A utility cupboard on this level houses the washing machine. Up a short flight of stairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the heart of the property, with a second balcony reached through sliding doors and fitted with outdoor seating. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, alongside a dining table for all guests, while the lounge has a leather sofa and armchair facing a Smart TV.

The top floor holds the second bedroom, with a super-king bed that can be converted to a twin on request and its own balcony. A further shower room with a walk-in waterfall shower and WC sits just beside this bedroom, rather than en-suite. All three balconies are enclosed and open via French doors, giving every floor its own outdoor space over the water.

Wifi is available, though it can be intermittent given the coastal setting. There is no private parking, though permits can be bought from the Torbay Council website, and dogs are not permitted. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
