The Beach House

The Beach House is a single-storey lodge at Watermouth, about 2.9 miles from Combe Martin, with views of the countryside alongside the sea. It sleeps 6 across three ground-floor bedrooms: a king-size with a TV, a double, and a twin, all served by a single bathroom with a whirlpool corner bath and a walk-in shower.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with two sofas facing the TV, a good spot for the group to gather in the evenings. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and air fryer, and gas central heating covers the lodge with fuel and power included in the rent. A selection of books and games is provided alongside WiFi, useful for a quieter afternoon in.

Outside, an enclosed side garden has decking and furniture for sitting out, whether that's reading a book in the sun or letting the group spread out after a day at the beach.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, with further parking available in a public car park nearby. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the lodge is strictly no smoking. A maximum stay of 14 nights applies. The shop is around 1.6 miles away, the pub around 1 mile, and the beach around 0.3 miles, close enough for a morning walk down to the sand.
