Mary's Cottage

Mary's Cottage sits down its own private lane on a working farm near Combe Martin, with distant views of the North Devon coastline. The cottage sleeps 6 across two en-suite bedrooms, and the working farm keeps cows, sheep and seasonal lambs in the surrounding fields.

A country-style kitchen with a dining table opens onto a characterful sitting room, where a woodburner sits within an inglenook fireplace. The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and a second family bedroom sleeps more with a double bed and children's bunks, also with an en-suite shower room. A ground-floor cloakroom has a wash stand.

The kitchen has an LPG oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and the sitting room has a TV with Freeview, fibre WiFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. Oil central heating and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent.

The cottage draws its water from a natural spring that's tested regularly. Off-road parking is available, and a lawned garden has furniture for sitting out. No pets are accepted and smoking is not permitted, and the nearest shop and pub are both around 3 miles away.
