Gulls Way

Gulls Way is a detached bungalow set on an elevated position in Combe Martin, a short walk from the harbour, sandy bay, pub, post office, bakery and convenience store. The village setting means everyday essentials are close at hand without needing the car, though a private chef recommended by the owner can be booked in advance for those wanting a special meal in.

Inside, the lounge and kitchen/diner are styled in a matching contemporary finish, with the lounge offering sea views, a gas fire and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer. Accommodation is arranged over a single storey and comprises a king-size bedroom, a dual-aspect double, and a twin room, sleeping six guests in total. There is one shower room with a WC, plus a separate WC elsewhere in the property.

Outside, two distinct decked areas make the most of the position. To the front, an elevated deck with table and chairs takes in sea views, while a larger rear terrace offers garden furniture and opens onto a shingled area beyond. Ample driveway parking is available on site, and electricity and heating costs are included in the stay.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair can be provided for younger guests, and the property has internet access throughout. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am, and guests should note the property is decorated for Christmas during that season.
