Tall Tree Cottage

Tall Tree Cottage sits on farmland near Woolsery, within reach of both the Devon and Cornwall coastlines. It sleeps up to six across three first-floor bedrooms, making it a practical base for a family or a small group wanting space without sharing a house with strangers.

The main bedroom is a king with a Juliet balcony and its own en-suite shower room and WC. A second bedroom has a super-king bed that can be requested as a twin using zip-and-link beds, useful for groups with mixed sleeping preferences, and the third is a straightforward twin. The main bathroom, with shower over bath and heated towel rail, serves the two remaining bedrooms, and there is a separate ground floor shower room with WC for daytime use.

Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen/diner has an electric range oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a breakfast bar and dining table for group meals. The lounge has a woodburner with logs provided, and a Smart TV with Netflix; each bedroom also has its own television. Outside, an enclosed rear garden includes seating, a barbecue and a private hot tub with towels supplied, and guests can walk in the adjoining woodland or visit the owners' working farm to see the animals.

Practical points worth noting before booking: there is ample onsite parking along with a shared electric vehicle charger, a stairgate and travel cot are available on request, and dogs are not permitted at the property. Internet access is provided. Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out is by 10:00.
