Lane Barton Barn

Lane Barton Barn sits on a former dairy farm near Woolsery, close to Clovelly, and sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms. The kitchen/diner retains exposed stonework and oak units, fitted with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. The adjoining lounge has underfloor heating, sofa seating and a Smart TV, with French doors opening onto a rear enclosed patio.

Bedrooms are reached via an open-tread, winding staircase to the first floor, where latch doors lead into each room. The double and twin rooms each have their own TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, while a further single room shares a separate shower room fitted with a double shower cubicle and WC. Stairgates are provided, along with a travel cot and highchair, making this a practical option for families with young children.

Outside, the front patio has an outdoor chess and draughts set, while a further area to the rear offers garden furniture and a BBQ for dining outdoors. Guests have shared use of a hot tub housed in its own building beside the front door, allocated on a rota organised with the owner on arrival; towels for the hot tub are not provided. Ample parking is available on site.

The property allows up to three dogs, with additional charges that may apply, and guests are free to explore the surrounding farmland. A shop and village social club are around a mile away, with a pub roughly a mile from the property. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
