Lane Barton Stables

This converted barn sits on a former dairy farm in Woolsery, near Clovelly, North Devon. The property sleeps five guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with ample off-road parking and the freedom to walk the farm land. A beach is two miles away, a shop one mile distant and a pub three miles away.

The ground floor contains the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, all with underfloor heating. French windows from the dining table open onto the shared garden and lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a Smart TV and DVD player. Open-tread stairs lead to the first floor, where the master bedroom has a king-size bed, countryside views, its own TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The twin bedroom can be configured as two singles or a king-size on request and has its own TV; the single bedroom also has a TV. A separate family bathroom with shower over bath and WC serves the remaining bedrooms.

Outside, a patio seating area with BBQ faces the property. The large lawn is shared with two other properties on the site and suits games and open-air time. A shared hot tub is also available; hot tub towels are not provided.

Up to four dogs are accepted, with additional charges potentially applying. Stairgates, travel cots and highchairs are available on request. Arrival is from 14:30 and departure before 10:00.
