Swallows Dip is a split-level eco house set within five acres of Devon countryside on the edge of Honiton, reached along a wide half-flight staircase from a galleried entrance. Underfloor heating runs from a ground source heat pump, and the house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It can be booked together with the neighbouring property, reference 1040465, for a combined 16 guests.

Two ground-floor super king-size bedrooms, each convertible to two singles, share a family shower room on the same level. Upstairs, two further super king-size bedrooms each have their own en-suite, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bath, and each opens onto its own private balcony: one with panoramic countryside views, the other looking across the Blackdown Hills to the pond below.

The lower-ground-floor living space is open plan, with a kitchen fitted with quartz worktops and integrated appliances including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a dining area, sitting area, TV and WiFi. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, an enclosed patio with outdoor seating overlooks a fenced, man-made pond, and guests can walk the owner's surrounding five acres, including a meadow and lawned area. Ample off-road parking sits behind electric gated access. The property does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout, and deep water on site means children must be supervised at all times.
